Minas Designs-2011-The Lamp and trolley

EXPANDING DESIGNS.

Minas begins to experiment with carbon fiber and uses it to create his iconic table lamp and drinks trolley. The lamp combines classic design elements and modern materials like carbon fiber, becoming timeless. The stroller is hand made to the smallest detail, intelligently combining stainless steel, American walnut, carbon fiber and aluminium. Meanwhile creating a limited number of large bronze candle sticks with the Noack foundry in Berlin, Germany.

With the creation of the first large scale bronze item successfully completed, the road to larger scale sculptures had opened.
